These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.senyva.com and your purchase of digital products from Senyva (“Senyva”, “we”, “us”). By visiting the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

2. Our products

We sell digital educational guides, including The Metabolic Code and its bonus materials, as well as optional add-on offers that may be shown during checkout or right after it (for example the Summer Metabolic Reset and the Metabolic Meal & Habit Quick-Fixer). Everything we sell is delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped.

3. Orders, prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are one-time payments unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal; we do not store your full card details. Optional add-on offers are charged only if you choose to add or accept them. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

4. Delivery and access

After a successful payment you receive instant access to your digital products, by email and/or through a secure access page. If you do not receive access within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@senyva.com.

Your purchase is covered by a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email us at support@senyva.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund your payment in full, no questions asked. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

6. License and intellectual property

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read and use it for your own personal purposes. All content, text, images, layouts and trademarks belong to Senyva. You may not copy, resell, share, publish or distribute our products or any part of them without our written permission.
